Prior to forming Design Forward Consulting, Stephanie was a finance executive and strategist for over 13 years. She brings 24 years of strategy, transformational leadership, finance, and accounting experience from an array of industries such as international logistics, supply chain, vehicle mobility, homebuilding and residential construction among others. Her experience includes private and public for-profit business, including horizontally and vertically integrated firms with over nine-figure annual revenues, government, and not-for-profit organizations.
Her goal is to enable firms and executives to craft their unique path forward by discovering potential, finding sustainable purpose, developing dynamic capabilities, and leading themselves to achieve success.
